These Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your access to and use of hextropian.ai and the related public webpages, content, and interactions that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Website"). The Website is operated by Hextropian Systems, Inc. ("Hextropian," "we," "us," or "our").

If an interactive Website feature presents these Terms and states that selecting a button or taking another action means you agree to them, taking that action confirms your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms presented for that feature, do not use that feature.

1. Website scope

The Website includes Hextropian marketing pages, product and company information, articles, industry pages, careers pages, inquiry features, demo-booking flows, and other public pages that link to these Terms.

These Terms do not govern third-party websites or services merely because the Website links to them. They also do not govern access to the Hextropian Platform, HexReason, HexShield, a private demonstration environment, a proof of concept, professional services, private deployment, customer data processing, or another commercial engagement unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

2. Eligibility and authority

The Website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. You may use an interactive Website feature only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law.

If you use an interactive feature on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with the interaction.

3. Separate product and service agreements

Access to Hextropian products, demonstration environments involving nonpublic information, proofs of concept, private deployments, professional services, support, licensing, confidentiality obligations, or processing of customer data may require a separate written agreement.

If these Terms conflict with a separate written agreement signed by Hextropian and you or your organization, the separate written agreement controls for its subject matter. Requesting a demonstration, submitting an inquiry, or discussing a potential engagement does not require Hextropian to provide a product or service and does not by itself create a commercial commitment.

4. Informational content and no professional advice

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, engineering, operational, security, financial, accounting, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Regulations, standards, guidance, operational facts, product features, and business conditions can change. Website content may not include every requirement, source, exception, jurisdiction, or fact relevant to a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing the governing sources, your own procedures and records, applicable agreements, and advice from qualified professionals when making legal, compliance, operational, technical, or business decisions.

5. Product information and no outcome guarantee

Website descriptions, diagrams, screenshots, examples, demonstrations, articles, roadmaps, and other product information are general descriptions. They do not create a service level, specification, delivery date, implementation commitment, or promise that a particular feature, deployment model, integration, source corpus, jurisdiction, workflow, price, or support arrangement will be available for a particular engagement.

Actual capabilities, scope, source sets, deployment, configuration, availability, pricing, support, security obligations, and deliverables are determined through the applicable written agreement and current technical verification.

Hextropian does not guarantee compliance, legal conclusions, audit results, regulator acceptance, risk elimination, incident prevention, uninterrupted operations, or any other legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or business outcome. Hextropian is not a regulator, law firm, auditor, certification body, or substitute for your compliance, legal, risk, quality, security, engineering, or operations professionals.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• violate applicable law or another person's legal rights;
• access or attempt to access nonpublic areas, accounts, systems, credentials, data, source code, or interfaces without authorization;
• probe, scan, test, or attempt to exploit a vulnerability without Hextropian's prior written authorization;
• introduce malware, harmful code, corrupted data, or another mechanism intended to interfere with, damage, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or another system;
• circumvent authentication, security controls, rate limits, robots instructions, or other technical restrictions;
• use automated means in a way that disrupts, overloads, degrades, or materially burdens the Website or violates published technical instructions or applicable law;
• collect, harvest, infer, or misuse personal information about another person, or use the Website for phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, surveillance, or deception;
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or the origin of a communication; or
• copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law, these Terms, or written permission.

Ordinary browsing and lawful search-engine indexing that comply with the Website's published technical instructions are not prohibited by this section. Hextropian may use reasonable technical measures to protect the Website and its systems.

7. Intellectual property and limited use

Except where otherwise indicated, the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Hextropian and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. This includes text, articles, software, code, layouts, interfaces, graphics, diagrams, images, videos, logos, product names, trademarks, service marks, and other materials.

You may access and view the Website for your own internal business and informational purposes. Unless applicable law permits it or Hextropian gives written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the Website, or use Hextropian names, logos, screenshots, or visual identity in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or authorization.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable fair-use or other statutory exceptions. Third-party names, marks, and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

8. Third-party services and links

The Website may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, calendar, email, analytics, security, recruiting, social-media, hosting, content-delivery, and other services. A third party may apply its own terms and privacy policy when you use its service.

Hextropian does not control an independent third party's content, availability, security, privacy, accuracy, or practices. A link or integration does not by itself mean that Hextropian endorses the third party.

9. Communications and submissions

When you submit an inquiry, request a meeting, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate through the Website, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that the submission does not violate law or another person's rights.

Do not send passwords, private keys, government identification numbers, financial account data, medical information, customer records, regulated operational records, export-controlled information, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential material through a public Website form or general email address unless Hextropian has provided an approved secure method and authorized the submission.

Unless a separate confidentiality agreement applies, sending information through a public Website channel does not by itself create a confidential, fiduciary, exclusive, or other special relationship. Hextropian may use the submission to respond, evaluate the request, administer recruiting, protect the Website, maintain appropriate records, comply with law, and carry out the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

The Hextropian Privacy Policy explains how Hextropian collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the Website, including available privacy rights and choices. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies when they act independently.

11. Website availability and changes

Hextropian may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Website and may correct errors, update content, change links, or remove material. The Website and its content may not always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or assistive technology.

A separate signed agreement may create different obligations for a Hextropian product or service. Those obligations are governed by that agreement, not by the availability of the public Website.

12. No waiver of non-waivable rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived. The enforceability of a particular provision may vary by jurisdiction and by the circumstances of the interaction.

13. Changes to these Terms

Hextropian may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, business practices, technology, or law. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed agreement for a material change, Hextropian will provide it.

A change to these Website Terms does not retroactively alter a separate signed agreement unless that agreement expressly allows it.
